PRC for State Govt Employees | Anouncement of Pay Revision Commission | PRC terminologies IR Interim Relief Fitment Master Scales Notional Increments DA Dearness Ratio RPS Revision of Pay Scales PRC Pay Revision Commission will study everything at ground level cost of living of the employees Education Hospital Expenditures Savings. Based on the findings Committee will recomond New Pay Scales Allownaces to Employees according to the need to employees. PRC COMMITTEE 2018 Recommendations:
- 28 or 29 December Report Submission to CS.
- CM meeting with Employees Unions on 30th December.
- PRC new SALARY from 1st April 2021.
- 1st July 2018 to 31st March 2021 only NOTIONAL paper benefits no cash no Arrears
- Minimum Salary 20,000 .
- Fitment recommend 33%.
- AAS Increment 5yrs,10yrs,15yrs,20yrs & 25yrs. At Present it is 6,12,18 & 24.
- GRATUITY Increased from 12 LAKHS to 18LAKHS
- For full Pension Quantum of Service 33 yrs to Reduced 31yrs.
- Minimum Pension Increased from Rs 6,500 to Rs 10,000.
- No Slab Changes in HRA. CITY HRA 30%, DIST 20%, Mandal Level 15%.
- 3% INCREMENT Rate in master scales.
- Next time PRC Will be 10yrs gap
- DA will be Equal to Central Govt Announcement.
- Retirement age Increased will be decided after April 2021.
